Senior Consultant - Change & Transformation

Freshminds has partnered with a boutique consulting firm to find a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of strategic change and transformation programmes for major organisations across the private sector.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering significant ownership from an early stage. Joining a growing consultancy, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to help organisations navigate complex change, improve ways of working and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering transformation and change programmes for clients across retail, financial services, utilities and other major sectors
• Facilitating workshops and coaching client teams to strengthen capability and embed new ways of working
• Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and identifying opportunities to create further value

Requirements:

• 3+ years' consulting experience across strategy, transformation, product management, cultural change or operating model design
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Strong academic background
