SOC 3416 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £38,100, and Major Players | B Corp™ is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
Worth checking: this could also be SOC 3557 (Events managers and organisers, Events focus and working with Event Producers could fit events management), which is not on the eligible-occupation list. Ask Major Players | B Corp™ what the duties actually are.
FREELANCE SENIOR CONTENT PRODUCER - EVENTS
Full-time - Hybrid (UK, with international travel).
Our client is a purpose-driven, creative consultancy working at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, communications, experiential & marketing - partnering with organisations globally, from established brands to ambitious scale-ups.
They're looking for an exceptional Senior Content Producer to join as they grow their content, live & experiential work with some of the world's biggest brands. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who makes great work happen, not just manages stakeholders around it - turning creative & communications ideas into brilliantly produced content across leadership comms, global all-hands, live events, virtual experiences & other high-profile brand moments.
A significant initial focus will be a growing programme of work for a major global tech brand, including recurring leadership & global all-hands moments, alongside wider portfolio work as the agency's live & experiential capability grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own content production end-to-end - brief, development, rehearsal & final delivery - across film, motion, graphics, animation, presentations & live-show assets
- Build realistic workback plans from the live date, understanding how content needs to change for stage, screen & virtual environments
- Coordinate creative, design, motion, film & specialist production teams so everything comes together coherently
- Work closely with Event Producers & Technical Directors, without owning full event production yourself
- Attend rehearsals & live delivery, managing late-stage changes calmly & intelligently
- Lead senior client relationships with confidence, setting clear deadlines, review points & approval gates
- Scope content-production budgets, resource & freelance talent, staying commercially sharp throughout
- Help build a more repeatable content-production capability & a strong freelance network for future projects
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
- Significant senior-level production experience in a creative, content, communications, experiential or integrated agency
- A strong track record producing high-quality content for major brands & senior/exec audiences
- Genuine experience of live environments - what happens between approving content & getting it in front of an audience
- Confidence managing content through rehearsals & onsite delivery, including international travel when needed
- Strong commercial instincts & experience scoping schedules, resource & budgets
- Excellent client skills, with the confidence to push back on senior stakeholders when needed
- Calm under pressure, with excellent judgement when plans change at pace
Temp to perm option available for the right candidate too!

Not necessarily. Major Players | B Corp™ holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3416 going rate of £38,100. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
