Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Integrated Community Mental Health Team based in the East of Cornwall.
The team strives to deliver high-quality and effective services to people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems, working as a multidisciplinary team.
Weofferassessment and treatment of mental health problems, with a focus on effectiveness and recovery, working to promote the independence of our service users. The team are looking for someone who can demonstrate the Trust's vision and values in practice,are motivated to be involved in innovation and service development and passionate about mental health.
We are looking for those people who have a core profession in mental health nursing to join our community service line. Additionally, you must be keen to take on a challenging role in a busy Community Mental Health Team and have the ability to work in a self-directed way but also work well as part of a team.
As an ICMHT team member you must have both a positive outlook and sense of humour to accept the challenges of working in a busy locality that extends to seaside towns and rural locations. You will need to have knowledge of general mental health problems, the impact this may have on service users and their treatment.
