As we continue to grow, transform and embrace new ways of working, we’re looking for two experienced and commercially minded Strategic HR Partners to join our team in London and Manchester. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll help shape and deliver people strategies that support ambitious business goals, organisational performance and long-term success.
These newly created roles will complement our existing HR team, operating at a strategic level, with a progressive and commercially focused remit. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing business performance through strategic workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and cultural transformation.
