Department Summary Tameside West CMHT is the Community Mental Health Team which supports working age adults across Denton, Droylsden, Audenshaw and Dukinfield.. The team is comprised of community psychiatric nurses, social workers, community support workers, carers' support worker, administration staff, and team clinical leadership and team management. The team is also based within a wider Multi-Disciplinary Team, with daily access to Psychiatric Consultants, Psychologists, Occupational Therapis
