SOC 1132 (92% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £87,300, and WWF-UK is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
At WWF-UK, we're working to bring our world back to life. As the leading global environmental charity, we are tackling some of the most urgent challenges facing our planet, from climate change and biodiversity loss to restoring nature for future generations. We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to join our Executive Group and lead the next phase of our growth.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of the world's most recognised and trusted brands. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead an integrated portfolio spanning marketing, communications, fundraising, philanthropic and corporate partnerships, digital and supporter experience, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand influence and increasing income to enable greater conservation impact. Leading a team of approximately 180 colleagues, you will drive a major transformation agenda, harnessing data, innovation and AI to create deeper supporter engagement and build a market-leading growth function.
We're looking for a highly commercial Chief Marketing Officer, with significant experience of marketing and commercial leadership, supporter or customer acquisition and retention, and driving brand campaigns that translate into revenue growth, gained within a multi-dimensional consumer-facing organisation. You will have demonstrable experience in leading large teams, with a passion for business growth and transformation. Above all, you'll be inspired by the opportunity of joining a world-renowned purpose-led organisation and with the chance to make a lasting difference to the future of our world.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 1132 going rate of £87,300. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
