Creative Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in developing how our brand is presented to customers, partners and the wider market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a visually creative, digitally confident marketer who enjoys turning ideas and technical information into engaging, professional content. You’ll have the opportunity to work across graphic design, presentations, website content, social media, video and trade show marketing, helping to create a consistent and modern visual identity across the business.

You’ll initially work alongside our part-time Marketing Communications Officer, who currently supports our website and social media activity. As you settle into the role, you’ll progressively take ownership of these areas, with ongoing support from the Marketing Communications Officer.

You’ll be a creative and organised marketer who combines strong visual skills with excellent communication and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create high-quality graphics, artwork, presentations and marketing materials that enhance the professionalism and visual impact of our communications.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across presentations, website content, literature, social media and customer-facing materials.
• Manage and develop our social media channels, creating regular, accurate and engaging content.
• Lead the ongoing development of our digital marketing presence, including website content and online activity.
• Plan, film and edit straightforward video content, working with technical experts to communicate our products, applications and capabilities.
• Build and maintain an organised library of approved brand assets, templates, imagery, video and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate our attendance at trade shows and industry events, from planning and stand materials through to on-site support and post-event activity.

What we’re looking for

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related creative discipline.
• Graduate-entry candidates will be considered, particularly those with a relevant marketing, creative, digital media or communications background.
• Knowledge of creative marketing principles, visual communication and audience-focused content creation.
• Experience of, or a strong interest in, creating graphics, presentations, website content, social media posts and other digital marketing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for tone, accuracy and presentation.
• Competence using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• A creative mindset and practical, hands-on approach to producing marketing content.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• The confidence to work independently while also collaborating with colleagues across the business.
• The ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly to non-specialist audiences.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar creative tools.
• Experience with website content management systems and social media platforms.
• Experience with video filming and editing.
• Previous marketing experience within a semiconductor, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting trade shows, exhibitions or industry events.
