What You'll Do
As a CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and analysis of multichannel customer campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making to contribute to impactful customer engagement strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation, scheduling, testing, and delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other communication channels.
- Supporting the development and optimization of automated customer journeys using A/B testing and performance insights to improve engagement.
- Ensuring campaign accuracy through data validation, audience segmentation, consent management, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Content, and Support to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics, maintaining dashboards and reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining clear documentation and assisting with customer communication queries as needed.
What You Bring

- Some experience in CRM analytics or campaign execution (e.g., internships or junior roles), with an understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle marketing.
