About the Role

As Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will be the platform owner and subject matter expert responsible for driving the ongoing development, optimisation, and governance of Salesforce. Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, you will ensure the platform continues to deliver maximum value to the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and managing the Salesforce platform
• Leading platform enhancements, optimisation initiatives, and continuous improvements
• Defining and implementing Salesforce governance, standards, and best practices
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a complex business environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automation tools
• Experience managing stakeholders and delivering business-facing solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and data management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Highly Desirable

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
• Experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or technology organisations
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience working with third-party integrations and wider Salesforce products
• Previous team leadership, mentoring, or platform ownership experience
