The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing Salesforce and its connected systems. This role requires strong Salesforce technical expertise as well as the ability to develop a deep understanding of how our business processes are supported by Salesforce.

What we’re looking for:

Must have

• Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with strong hands-on abilities in Flow debugging, native Rollup Summaries, DLRS, user management, and testing.
• Technical Triage & Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and trace standard Apex code, triggers, and complex Flows. Must be able to investigate data changes and identify the root cause of an issue to effectively triage before escalating to the Solution Architect or developers.
• Business Process & Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to learn complex business processes and understand how Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, data, and system dependencies work together to support them.
• Integration & Data Knowledge: Experience supporting integrated Salesforce environments and understanding data flows, synchronisation, dependencies, and data integrity across systems.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator – Required
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator – Required
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant – Plus
• Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Plus
