We provide safe and secure transportation and custody services in England and Wales, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and across Scotland on behalf the Scottish Prison Service and other Criminal Justice Partners.
From planning and undertaking the routes between prisons, police stations, courts, and hospitals to organising the officers who staff court docks and custody suites we ensure those within the criminal justice system are escorted to where they need to be. We provide a vital public service across our communities that protects the public and gives assurance to our customers.
We take pride in treating the people in our care and custody with dignity and respect, ensuring they are dealt with consistently, fairly and always in line with regulations. All our officers are vetted, DBS checked, and undertake a comprehensive six-week training programme to ensure they provide the highest level of care and follow our safety and operating procedures whether they are on the road, in court or at a custody suite.
No two days are ever the same, but we can be relied upon to deliver a professional service and be in the right place at the right time.
