We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to target and engage prospects within the workplace change sector. This role is focused on generating qualified appointments and Microsoft Teams meetings for a high-performing sales team of five.
You will be provided with a curated prospect pool of companies with upcoming workplace change projects. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute structured outreach campaigns using the CRM platform to convert prospects into booked meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute outbound sales campaigns using
- Set up and optimise multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Develop compelling sales scripts, messaging, and value propositions tailored to workplace change projects
- Conduct initial outreach to senior decision-makers (Procurement, Facilities, Workplace, Operations leaders)
- Qualify opportunities and book appointments / Microsoft Teams meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking within
- Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to maximise conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and KPI targets
- Create content to be shared via Linked In and email marketing e.g case studies and news
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ formal B2B sales experience, ideally selling business services by telephone.
- Experience selling into workplace change, facilities management, property, or transformation projects
- Experience working alongside a multi-person sales team
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Flair for social media, content and email marketing
- Proactive and resilient
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success
- Curious and research-driven when approaching prospects
- A defined and qualified prospect pool with upcoming workplace change initiatives
- Clear performance targets and structured support
