SOC 2432 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £50,100, and Moonpig.com Limited is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 2494 (Advertising accounts managers and creative directors, If the role focuses on advertising creative direction rather than broader marketing campaigns) or SOC 3554 (Advertising and marketing associate professionals, If the role is more executional/associate level than managerial). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Campaign Manager to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns from insight and planning through to creative execution and performance analysis.
Working at the heart of the Marketing team, you'll collaborate with channel specialists, creative teams, agencies and commercial stakeholders to deliver standout campaigns across ATL, CRM, Social, PR, Partnerships and more.
You'll play a leading role in shaping campaign ideas, writing inspiring creative briefs and guiding creative development to ensure every campaign is insight-led, distinctive and delivers against both brand and commercial objectives.

• Monitor and optimise performance across different audience segments.
• Work closely with CRM, social, media agency, PR and partnerships teams to ensure joined-up execution.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, brand and creative across all touchpoints.
• Track and report on campaign performance across channels.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Support post-campaign analysis and insight generation.
• Use customer insights, cultural trends and performance data to identify new campaign opportunities and inspire fresh, engaging creative ideas.
• A strong creative mindset, with experience developing campaign ideas, writing creative briefs and shaping creative ideas with agencies and internal teams.
• Proven experience in marketing or campaign management roles, with around six years' relevant experience.
• Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, CRM and social.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and bring teams together behind shared goals.
• Passion for creating customer-focused campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
• A naturally creative thinker who enjoys generating ideas, challenging convention and finding fresh ways to connect with customers.
• Able to balance creativity with commercial thinking, using insight and data to shape campaigns that are both memorable and effective.
• Confident collaborating with creative teams and agencies, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to elevate campaign work.

Not necessarily. Moonpig.com Limited holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2432 going rate of £50,100. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
