SOC 2121 (80% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £50,400, and WSP in the UK & Ireland is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
In 2025, WSP in the UK & Ireland assigned 42 or more Certificates of Sponsorship for SOC 2121 jobs, according to the Home Office.
This could also be SOC 1122 (Production managers and directors in construction, Lead Engineer/Design Manager roles involve directing resources and teams) or SOC 2127 (Engineering project managers and project engineers, Design Manager and project delivery responsibilities for some levels). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
