SOC 2421 (75% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £49,200, and Monocon International Refractories Limited is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 3534 (Financial accounts managers). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.

Work closely with other departments to gather accurate and complete financial data
Act as a bridge between finance and other departments, translating financial information into actionable insights
Attend Management Meetings and contribute financial insight
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department
Take ownership of various ad hoc projects
About you
You are a fully qualified Finance Manager (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience working with the manufacturing sector.
You will also bring:
A full professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
Outstanding Excel skills
Proven experience in a commercial-facing accounting role
The ability to influence others, both subtly and directly
A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate with teams across the organisation
A positive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Why join us
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to make a visible difference. You will sit close to senior decision-making, with the scope to shape how finance supports the companys growth.
