About The Role

In This Role, You Will
- Own end-to-end sales process design, including lead-to-close workflows, pipeline hygiene and forecast governance, while partnering with Sales leadership on forecasting methodology, KPI frameworks and sales technology strategy.
- Own CRM platform governance and data integrity (Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud or equivalent) including support for platform migrations, and govern CPQ workflows and pricing/quote approval processes to improve deal velocity and reduce manual effort.
- Manage distributor and reseller/channel relationships, including revenue growth initiatives, partner enablement, escalations and commercial change communications; orchestrate complex enterprise and public-sector bid/RFP processes under strict governance and compliance requirements.

- 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success improving sales cycle time, win rates, forecast accuracy and/or deal profitability.
