SOC 2433 (75% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £55,100, and The Royal College of Radiologists is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 3554 (Advertising and marketing associate professionals, Digital marketing coordinator index entry; role supports content and campaigns) or SOC 2434 (Business and related research professionals, Digital marketing analyst entry; analyses campaign and audience behaviour). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
Are you curious about what digital data can tell us about how people find and engage with content?
We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate at the Royal College of Radiologists. In this role, you’ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. You’ll also help ensure we’re measuring digital activity effectively, using tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain tracking.
Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you’ll help us understand what’s working, how our members are engaging with our content and where we can improve. Your insight will help us make evidence-based decisions, test and learn from what we do, and improve the digital experience we provide for our members.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2433 going rate of £55,100. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
