Role: Sales Manager
Location: Field Based, UK
OTE: £60,000–£70,000 (uncapped commission)

What You'll Earn
- Commission-only role with a guaranteed minimum payment (£2,120/month before tax)

Your earnings are uncapped — the more business you win, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Win new business for Flatpay — in volume and in quality. This is priority number one.
- Attend pre-booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay's payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers
- Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting
- Follow Flatpay's proven sales process, from first conversation through to a fully activated customer
- Understand each merchant's needs and recommend the most suitable solution
- Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Keep CRM records accurate and detailed
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience
- Join daily morning meetings and check in regularly with your manager to stay on track
- Take part in ongoing training and regular 1-2-1s to keep developing
- Get involved in company-wide initiatives, including sales competitions, and in team and company events
- Share customer feedback and market insights with our Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams

Background & Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now)
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a personal vehicle 5 days a week, with business-use insurance arranged before starting
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Able to attend a mandatory first week of in-person onboarding in London (Monday–Friday, approx. 9:00am–5:30pm)
Transport
- Mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided (HMRC-approved mileage rates).
