Fire Programme Manager

Our client, based in North London, is currently recruiting for a Fire Programme Manager, paying £72,852 per annum on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis working 35 hours per week, with a hybrid arrangement to be agreed with the client.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the Fire Safety Remediation Programme across multiple capital works projects
• Lead the delivery of funded capital works from feasibility through to completion, handover and operationalization
• Manage both internally and externally funded fire safety remediation schemes
• Develop future-year Fire Safety Remediation Plans and manage delivery of the current-year programme
• Ensure remediation programmes align with organisational strategy and long-term corporate objectives
• Work collaboratively with internal departments, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver complex remediation projects
• Provide specialist knowledge and guidance on cladding safety remediation and building safety requirements
• Challenge existing processes and implement improvements to drive effective project delivery and positive change
• Ensure compliance with Standing Financial Instructions, procurement regulations and organisational policies

Experience required:

• Significant experience of managing fire safety remediation programmes across multiple capital works projects, preferably within housing, local authority, property or construction environments.
• Proven experience of leading capital works projects from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, completion, handover and operationalisation.
• Experience managing complex, high-value remediation programmes

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex capital works projects simultaneously
