The post holder will work alongside the Vocational Specialist / Pilot Lead and partner organisations to ensure the pilot is clinically robust, evidence-based and aligned to primary care priorities. The Clinical Lead will support pathway design, service development, governance, evaluation and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the pilot delivers improved outcomes for patients and supports the wider ambitions of fit note reform.

- Fully Qualified General Practitioner

- GMC registration and licence to practice

- Knowledge of fit note reform work and health initiatives and primary care pathways in Dudley
