Salaried GP

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established practice that values high-quality clinical care, teamwork, and professional development.

As a Salaried GP, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding primary care to a diverse patient population while benefiting from a collaborative working environment, manageable workload, and opportunities to develop your clinical interests.

We are looking for up to 6 clinical sessions plus CPD - these days are to be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Job Summary

The Salaried GP will provide high-quality, patient-centred medical services to the registered practice population. The post holder will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions while promoting health, preventing disease, and supporting patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. They will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate primary care in line with NHS standards and GMC guidance.

Qualifications

Essential

• - MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• - Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• - Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
• - MRCGP or equivalent qualification.
• - Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• - Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• - Good organisational and time management skills.
• - Competence in the use of GP clinical systems and electronic patient records.

Desirable

• - Experience of UK General Practice.
• - Experience using EMIS Web.
• - Interest in developing a specialist clinical area.
• - Experience of teaching or supervising learners.
• - Participation in quality improvement projects or research.
