We have over 180 employees that we are proud to have represent us, operating from our offices in Belfast, Dublin, south Manchester and Glasgow. As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to further extend our team by recruiting a Lead Engineering Consultant, qualified to degree level, with extensive consultancy/project management skill ideally gained across thermal, renewables, waste treatment or data centre power projects.

This permanent role will be based from our Stockport office.

We Seek

• a professional engineer with a good degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or close equivalent field);
• significant project management experience of any combination of thermal power plant, waste treatment, renewable power or data centre power projects;
• practical experience of consultancy processes; production of professional reports, contractual standards and negotiation, P&ID's, engineering software/models, client liaison.
• technical experience of FEED, contracts, construction phase, commissioning and takeover;
• thorough understanding of all relevant UK engineering standards;
• familiarity with health and safety and process safety principles;
