🔹 OPTION 1 – JUNIOR / PART-QUALIFIED PARAPLANNE</p>
💰 Salary: £33,000–£38,000

✅ Approximately 2–4 years' paraplanning experienc
e✅ Experience researching financial products and preparing suitability report
s✅ Good knowledge of pensions and investment
s✅ Working towards the Level 4 Diploma, with some exams already completed

🔹 OPTION 2 – EXPERIENCED / LEVEL 4 QUALIFIED PARAPLANNE</p>

d✅ Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial plannin
