SOC 2455 (83% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £44,300, and ASSOCIATED BRITISH PORTS is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
Worth checking: this could also be SOC 1251 (Property, housing and estate managers), which is not on the eligible-occupation list. Ask ASSOCIATED BRITISH PORTS what the duties actually are.

We’re the UK's largest ports operator with a network of 21 ports around Britain. We handle around one quarter of the UK's seaborne trade and contribute £7.5 billion to our economy every year.
It’s a story we’re proud of but it doesn’t end there. We’re transforming our business and embracing the future.
We offer a vast range of roles spanning the UK, all rooted in a culture that welcomes diversity, fosters talent, encourages internal movement and progression, and places safety as our number one priority.
Our Wales & Short Sea Ports region covers three separate areas in East Anglia, North West & Scotland and South Wales & South West, within these regions we own a significant amount of undeveloped land. This land is ideal for new build industrial & logistics accommodation, industrial open storage and quasi retail/trade uses at certain roadside locations. ABP through significant CAPEX deployment is seeking to bring forward these sites for redevelopment to drive rental revenue and to increase its existing multi-million pound property portfolio.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2455 going rate of £44,300. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
