SOC 2432 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £50,100, and Rathbones is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 3554 (Advertising and marketing associate professionals, Hands-on campaign and event execution could be associate-level work) or SOC 1132 (Marketing, sales and advertising directors, Deputising for Head of Marketing suggests some director-level duties). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
Role Title: Regional Marketing Manager - London and South-East
Division: Marketing and Client Strategy
Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid
About the Role
Join Rathbones as a Regional Marketing Manager and you will play a pivotal role across London, Guildford and Cambridge, where you will work closely with the Head of London Regional Marketing to bring strategy to life at a local level. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will embed yourself within the offices, build strong relationships across a large and diverse stakeholder group, and confidently deputise when required.
You will take ownership of delivering impactful, end-to-end marketing campaigns which are primarily focused on events and sponsorships, creating exceptional client experiences for primarily private clients, but also occasionally business owners and professionals.
With a strong commercial instinct and the ability to read the room, you’ll translate business needs into meaningful activity. You will also manage and develop team capability and will have one direct report in this role. You will use data insight to shape and optimise campaign delivery while ensuring accuracy, accountability and a seamless execution across a fast-paced and high-profile region.
You will be based primarily in our London office (with hybrid working), but will also travel to spend time with the teams in Guildford and Cambridge roughly once each month. There will also be travel required to attend events.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2432 going rate of £50,100. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
