The Opportunity
- Lead and embed a strong “textile culture” at the site.
- Manage site-level textile purchasing and ensure spend aligns with budget targets.
- Monitor customer demand, adjust stock levels seasonally, and optimise textile availability.
- Collaborate with Customer Services and Account Management to uphold service standards.
- Analyse customer behaviour, identify overconsumption, and advise on best practices.
- Oversee storeroom management, textile flow, and the ragged-out/rewash process.
- Drive textile reuse and reintegration to maximise garment life and reduce waste.
- Train internal teams and support customers on textile handling and care.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in an operations or service-led role.
- Strong attention to detail with data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in laundry/textile services or customer-focused environments is a plus.
- IT literate, organised, and proactive.
