About the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in VC/PE firms, investment banking, Consulting, Partnerships, or Business Development roles with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with the local startup ecosystem.
- Experience managing products and technologies within Cloud or SaaS sectors.
- Experience as Founder in a Chief Officer (CxO) role at a startup in a venture capital (VC) firm.
- Experience creating and executing on a Go-To-Market strategy in the startups and digital native space.
- Track record of establishing exectuive relationships with Venture Capitals/startup ecosystem.
- Ability to engage effectively with executives, paired with the technical literacy required to interact with Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and technical leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead Google Cloud’s partnerships efforts within your designated portfolio of leading Venture Capital firms.
- Work closely with Google Cloud regional sales leadership and other internal stakeholders to develop ecosystem strategy for the region, and Venture Capital partner-specific strategies.
- Build and expand long-term relationships with the key partners at assigned Venture Capitals, translating into long-term partnership agreements with Venture Capital firms.
