About
Changing Lives Community Services is a non-profit Community Interest Company based in Colchester. It works to widen access to physical activity in the local community and to steer children and young people away from anti-social behaviour and gang involvement.
The organisation runs sports sessions and social enterprise workshops as its main tools, using structured activity rather than lectures to reach young people. It also offers UK visa sponsorship for roles supporting this work.
Its stated mission is to give children and young people social, sporting and work experiences that build confidence and motivation, opening up pathways towards a more positive future.
