About
Community Interest Luton (CIL) is a not-for-profit organisation that works with local third-sector and public-sector bodies, along with businesses, to reduce unemployment, raise skills levels, increase volunteering, and expand educational opportunities in the area.
The organisation grew out of several years of voluntary work by its directors, who built relationships across these sectors before formalising CIL's structure. That structure now supports strategic management and partnership development on the projects it runs, some of which offer UK visa sponsorship.
