About
The Good Care Group is the UK's leading live-in care provider, helping older people and those with life-limiting conditions stay safely in their own homes. Clients receive tailored one-to-one support from professional live-in carers, rather than moving into residential care.
The company is the only dedicated live-in care provider to hold an "Outstanding" rating in all five categories from the CQC in England, and a rating of "Excellent" from the Care Inspectorate in Scotland. Its live-in carer roles come with paid holidays, a five-day training programme before the first placement, a dedicated care manager, and rotas that split time between placements and time at home.
The organisation operates across England and Scotland, supported by a central office team available around the clock, and points to its people as the reason it can maintain such high care standards.
