We are looking to expand our Sales team and have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director. This role is focused on both managing existing accounts and, critically, winning new business and acquiring new logos. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in business development and new client acquisition within IT services, software, or another industry with large sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory and account plan to drive both account growth and new business acquisition.
- Proactively generate, develop, and close new opportunities, leveraging your network, marketing support, and our partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Heads of Data/Analytics, and Chief Data Officers.
- Drive strategic sales engagements independently, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to successful closure and transition to delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Agile Solutions effectively in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating the ability to close high-value deals consistently.
- Collaborate with vendor partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, and Informatica to develop and execute joint sales strategies.
- Travel as needed (up to 50%) to engage with clients and prospects.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a field sales role, selling consulting or IT services.
