SOC 3120 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 43% sure that is the right code. Planning Recruitment Limited is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
This could also be SOC 2133 (IT business analysts, architects and systems designers) or SOC 3114 (Building and civil engineering technicians). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
An award-winning London architecture practice is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join its talented team in the city of London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing BIM standards, improving digital workflows and supporting the delivery of high-quality architectural projects.
Working closely with project teams, you will oversee BIM coordination across multiple projects, ensuring models are accurate, efficient and aligned with ISO 19650 standards. Responsibilities will include managing Revit templates and families, developing BIM libraries and workflows, conducting model audits, clash detection and issue tracking using platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks and Solibri.
You will also provide technical support and training to architectural teams, helping improve Revit competency and ensuring consistent BIM delivery across the practice.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in BIM coordination within an architectural environment, excellent Revit knowledge, strong family creation and template development skills, and a solid understanding of BIM standards and common data environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, technically minded BIM professional looking to make a real impact within a design-led, collaborative studio.
Offering a salary of £40k per annum, plus excellent annual leave and a 4 days office / 1 day home hybrid policy.
*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.

The range sits inside the market's middle half (£28,756–41,964), so this is typical pay for the occupation.
This pay misses the £41,700 standard floor, but clears the £33,400 new entrant rate.

Not necessarily. Planning Recruitment Limited holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3120 going rate of £41,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
