SOC 3120 (80% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £41,700, and AVOVE LIMITED is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 2132 (IT managers, If role were primarily IT/software systems management rather than CAD design delivery.). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.

About the role…
We are currently recruiting for a CAD Manager to join our UK wide Water Design Team. This will include design delivery at all stages, from feasibility and optioneering through to detailed designs for construction and commissioning.
The specific roles are required primarily to support our long-term frameworks with Northumbrian Water Group, Severn Trent Water and United Utilities. There will be additional opportunities to work on other projects and frameworks throughout the UK for a variety of clients including Scottish Water and Edinburgh Airport.
This is a permanent position and will be of a hybrid nature ideally based in or around any of our Glasgow, Durham or Birmingham offices, however, other locations or alternative ways of working would be given due consideration.
