This line often means the employer will not sponsor a visa, but some employers include it as standard wording. That is why the highest likelihood we give this job is Possible. Ask Nudge Education Limited before you apply.

SOC 2464 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 49% sure that is the right code. Nudge Education Limited is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
We pick the code from the advert's text, so it is our best guess, not the employer's. Each code it could be has its own likelihood:
Ask Nudge Education Limited what the duties are.

This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.
We value empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

SafeguardingWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including enhanced DBS and compliance vetting.
If you’re passionate about changing lives and supporting young people to re-engage with education, we’d love to hear from you.
