Contentious Construction Senior Associate Solicitor upto 8PQE

• This role is suited to a seasoned solicitor who is already operating within contentious construction and is looking for greater ownership, client exposure and progression within a commercially focused disputes team.
  
• You will take the lead on a varied caseload of complex construction disputes, acting for developers, contractors and commercial clients. You will manage matters end-to-end across the full dispute lifecycle, including adjudication, mediation and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, taking responsibility for overall strategy, delivery and outcome.
  

• We are keen to speak with solicitors who are building towards senior leadership within contentious construction and are comfortable taking ownership of complex disputes.
  
• You will have strong experience advising on disputes arising from construction contracts, including JCT, and matters involving defective works, payment claims, delay and disruption, and liquidated damages. Experience of adjudication, mediation and High Court / Technology and Construction Court proceedings is expected.
  
• You should be confident managing your own caseload, communicating directly with clients, and making sound commercial judgements on how disputes should be progressed. An ability to supervise junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment is important.
