We have an exciting new opportunity for an Custodian Data Business Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting thorough business analysis for custody migration projects-evaluating feasibility studies, developing compelling business cases, driving process improvements, and designing future operating models.
- You will assess the impact of proposed changes through rigorous GAP analyses while documenting requirements that guide solution design.
- By attending workshops with senior stakeholders, you will help shape organisational structures and technology solutions that meet evolving business needs
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end business analysis across multiple strategic workstreams, including feasibility assessments, business case development, process re-engineering initiatives, and target operating model design.
- Produce high-quality artefacts such as process maps, user stories, test scripts, and requirements traceability matrices to facilitate successful project delivery.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis within complex environments where collaboration is essential for achieving shared goals.
- Professional business analysis qualification such as IIBA CCBA (minimum), CBAP (preferred), PMI-PBA or equivalent certification demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- Experience within Asset Management industry or Investment Operations highly desirable-particularly involving custodial activities or asset migration between custodians.
- Familiarity with T24 banking system or Aladdin investment management platform considered advantageous for supporting technical aspects of custody migration projects.
- Competence in data analysis using SQL queries or manipulation tools such as Power BI or Excel enhances your ability to deliver actionable insights during project delivery phases.
- Proactive attitude combined with self-motivation enables you to work independently when required while remaining dependable as part of a larger team.
