About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Datasphere Testing Consultant with strong expertise in data modelling, HR domain processes, and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in validating SAP Datasphere components, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and seamless integration across HR systems and analytics platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Datasphere Testing
- Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Datasphere components including:
- Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models.
- Semantic modelling, business layer definitions, and metadata structures.
- Validate data pipelines, transformations, lineage, and modelling consistency across environments.
- Ensure alignment of Datasphere models with enterprise architecture and reporting needs.
HR Domain Testing Expertise
- Apply strong HR functional knowledge while testing data models related to:
- Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
- Validate HR KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in analytical datasets.
SuccessFactors Integration Testing
- Perform testing and validation of SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs.
- Model and test datasets sourced from:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting
- Compensation
- Additional SuccessFactors modules as required
- Ensure smooth data flow and transformation between SuccessFactors, Datasphere, and downstream systems.
Data Management & Governance Testing
- Test data harmonization and transformation processes for consistency and alignment with business rules.
Additional Skills & Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL for data validation, query-based testing, and troubleshooting.
- Apply best practices in data modelling and analytical design during testing cycles.
- Support validation of SAC Planning models and their integration with SAP Datasphere.
- Demonstrate understanding of cloud architecture, data security, and compliance in testing activities.
