SOC 1135 (75% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £44,300, and SIMPRINTS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 1139 (Functional managers and directors not elsewhere classified, Senior functional director role not specifically charitable-sector coded) or SOC 3556 (Sales accounts and business development managers, Partnerships and business development focus could fit sales BD). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
New graduate or PhD holder? Pick one of the lower rates.
| Occupation code | New entrant 70% of going rate | STEM PhD 80% of going rate | Relevant PhD 90% of going rate | Standard rate 100% of going rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
1135 Charitable organisation managers and directors Most likely code | £33,400 | £35,500 | £39,900 | £44,300 |
1139 Functional managers and directors not elsewhere classified Also possible | £52,300 | £59,700 | £67,200 | £74,700 |
3556 Sales accounts and business development managers Also possible | £38,600 | £55,200 | £55,200 | £55,200 |
We use the lowest threshold across the plausible codes. Likelihood is Possible at most when the pay clears only a lower rate, or only under a less likely code. How the Home Office picks the code
Every year, millions die from preventable diseases because vital services do not reach them. A root cause is broken data: missing or unreliable IDs, fragmented records, and inflated reporting. Without accurate data on who receives services, governments and NGOs cannot deliver care effectively, track impact, or target life-saving resources.
Simprints is a nonprofit tech company that partners with ministries and funders to verify identities, digitise workflows, and enable evidence-based decisions so the right services reach the right people at the right time. We co-design end-to-end digital solutions with the people who use them, from the frontlines to national dashboards. Our biometric products integrate with health records to drive accuracy, accountability, and insights.
Studies have shown that Simprints increases impact through real-time, precision data, for example, increasing maternal health visits by 38% in Bangladesh or accurate HIV tracing by 62% in Malawi. To date, we’ve worked in over 18 countries, helping deliver health, aid, and finance to over 4 million people.
Our mission is simple: make sure every vaccine, every dollar, and every public good reaches the people who need them most.
About the Role
Lead Simprints’ strategic partnerships team to turn relationships and evidence into funded programs that close data gaps, increase verified coverage, and strengthen service delivery. You will own our highest impact partnership opportunities with ministries, multilaterals, and funders, shaping solutions, building trust, and guiding opportunities from first conversation to signature with clarity and integrity. You will work closely with product, delivery, and MEI teams to ensure that what we promise is what we deliver.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 1135 going rate of £44,300. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
