Events & Partnerships Manager
This role can be based in London, Nottingham or Leeds

What you’ll do
- Own Metric’s conference and event strategy. Decide where we show up, how we show up, and what we achieve
- Design and execute flagship brand events that elevate Metric into genuine market conversation
- Curate high-end corporate hospitality experiences for our most valuable clients and partners. Think major sporting events, exclusive dinners, premium venues, executive roundtables
- Manage end-of-year meetings and top billers incentive trips that strengthen culture and celebrate performance
- Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and key influencers that amplify our credibility
- Track, measure, and report on ROI. Events and partnerships are data-driven or they don’t happen
- Coordinate on-site presence at major conferences where we are hosting events
- Work with consultants and leadership to identify high-value partnership and event opportunities
Who you are
- Experience in managing events or partnerships in professional services or B2B recruitment
- Strategic thinker who connects events to business outcomes, not just logistics
- Natural relationship builder with track record of opening doors and building influence
