About The Role
To support the delivery of our operations, we are inviting applications for the position of Field Engineer to be based wi t hin the South, ideally located near Reading, Bracknell or Slough on the M4 . This role will be responsible for all field based installation and service requirements for our customers and due to the nature and location of these customers overnight stays during the week are part of this position. Our type of work ranges from physical installations to data analysis and diagnosis of site issues.

About The Role

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct equipment preparation, installation and service duties incorporating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work (within limits of competence)
- Carry out final fit-out and testing of new equipment at client sites, including mechanical and electrical (within limits of competence)
- Complete required documentation associated with installing, testing, commissioning and servicing equipment and company systems in general.
- Carry out pro-active visits to client sites to establish maintenance requirements and equipment schedules Company equipment
- Act as a point of contact for and respond to client technical queries and problems
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with an ECS Gold Card.
- Previous Construction and Commercial site experience
- History with Water Treatment services / Environmental services would be advantageous
- Adaptable, flexible and proactive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to demonstrate initiative and professionalism when dealing with customers.
This role requires the employees to be willing and able to work at heights, work in confined spaces, lone working and work with sewage.
