SOC 9119 (80% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £33,400, and Pilgrim's Europe is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
Worth checking: this could also be SOC 9111 (Farm workers, Farm work on breeder farms, but vaccination and sampling fit 9119 better), which is not on the eligible-occupation list. Ask Pilgrim's Europe what the duties actually are.
