Turn data into decisions. Shape what’s next. Make an impact.
Ask better questions. Find the insight. Make it happen.
At InPost, we’re changing the way people send, collect and return parcels. Behind every locker, customer journey and commercial decision is data - and we need people who can turn that data into better decisions.
As a Graduate Data, Analytics & AI Partner, you’ll work on real business challenges from day one. You’ll explore data, identify patterns, challenge assumptions and turn your findings into recommendations that can influence what we do next.
Why Join InPost?
This is a two-year opportunity to build your career in a fast-growing technology and logistics business where things move quickly, and no two questions are quite the same.
You’ll work alongside experienced data and analytics colleagues, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and a wide range of business challenges. You’ll also see how automation and AI can help us work smarter, improve decision-making and find new ways to use data across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work across a range of projects, including:
Analysing our locker network to help identify where new lockers should be deployed.
Carrying out statistical analysis to assess whether initiatives and projects have delivered the expected results.
Using SQL and Python to explore, query and analyse datasets.
Using Excel to manipulate data, test assumptions and identify trends.
Creating clear visualisations and presentations to communicate your findings.
Turning analysis into practical recommendations for teams across the business.
Exploring opportunities to automate processes and improve the way we work with data.
Not every question will come with a neat answer. You’ll need to investigate, ask questions, try different approaches and keep going when you hit a roadblock.
What We Need From You
You’ll need:
A minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using SQL and Python to analyse data.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with datasets.
The ability to communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how things work.
Initiative and the confidence to investigate ambiguous problems.
Strong attention to detail.
The resilience and perseverance to keep working through challenges.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We’d Also Love to See
Experience using Power BI, Tableau or another data visualisation tool.
Experience creating presentations or using PowerPoint to tell a story with data.
An interest in automation, AI and emerging technology.
Experience working on analytical projects or university assignments involving real-world data.
An understanding of commercial decision-making and how analysis can influence business outcomes.
A full UK driving licence.
What You’ll Gain
Over two years, you’ll build experience across data, analytics and business decision-making.
You’ll develop your technical skills in SQL, Python and Excel while learning how to communicate insights in a way that people across the business can understand and act on.
You’ll also gain experience working with senior stakeholders, solving ambiguous problems, exploring new data sources and finding opportunities to improve how we use data and technology.
Most importantly, you’ll learn how to move from “what does the data say?” to “so what should we
do?”

Not necessarily. InPost UK Limited holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3544 going rate of £41,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
