SOC 2129 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 36% sure that is the right code. Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen LLP is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
This could also be SOC 2419 (Legal professionals not elsewhere classified) or SOC 3520 (Legal associate professionals). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
The firm
Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen is a specialist London litigation firm acting in complex, high-value disputes. Litigation is also one of the most interesting areas for AI and we are looking for someone to lead how it can change the way our lawyers work, from disclosure and chronologies to drafting and trial preparation.
This role has real reach. You will work directly with partners and fee earners, shape the firm's AI roadmap, and see the results of your work quickly. There is no large innovation department to queue behind.
If you are already driving AI adoption in a law firm and want more ownership and more visible impact, we would like to hear from you.
What you'll do
Set the direction and deliver results
Make AI part of how the firm works
Measure what matters and keep it safe
Who we're looking for
Ideally you are already doing this in a law firm or legal team, in legal innovation, knowledge management, legal operations, legal technology or practice.
We will also consider exceptional people from other professional services backgrounds with strong AI skills and a record of improving complex workflows.
You will bring
Useful but not essential
You do not need a legal qualification or a technical background.
What success looks like
You will make a difference from your first weeks, helping colleagues with live work while you learn how the firm operates. Good discoveries will quickly become guidance, coaching or changes to how work gets done.
Within three months, more people will be using approved tools with confidence, and you will be able to show the improvement in quality, effort or turnaround. Beyond that, you will spread what works across teams and keep the firm ahead as tools and needs change.
What we offer
How to apply
Send your CV and a short covering note with one example of how you helped colleagues or clients change the way they work. Tell us the problem, what you did and what happened as a result. Examples from outside the legal sector are welcome; please leave out confidential information.
Currently in a role and want to talk before applying? We are happy to have a confidential, informal conversation. Contact Head of Recruitment Sarah Haynes.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2129 going rate of £46,100. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
