Are you a therapies leader who believes outstanding therapeutic care changes lives? Would you like to shape how therapy is delivered across the UK's leading independent provider of mental health, addiction and adult social care? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

At Priory, therapy sits at the heart of recovery and independence. What you'll be doing

You'll work within our Quality and Professional Leadership team and reporting direct to the Chief Quality Office providing professional leadership across every therapy discipline. You'll be the lead voice for our therapies workforce, embedding evidence-based practice, a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will:

• Lead and develop our AHP, addiction, creative and talking therapies workforce, working with professional leads across all divisions
• Champion access to NICE-recommended psychological interventions, including CBT, DBT, EMDR and CAT
• Drive quality improvement, clinical audit and outcome measurement in therapies
• Lead preceptorship, induction, CPD, clinical supervision and workforce development programmes
