About the role
Legal & Contracts Lead
London / Hybrid | £70,000 to £80,000 + Bonus
Saragossa partners with investment businesses to build their people and technology capability through three solutions: Connect (recruitment and talent), Consult (project delivery) and Deploy (managed IT services).
You'll join just after we've taken investment, with plans to double our contracts in the next two years. You'll own contracts and contractor onboarding across the UK and USA, working across all three solutions and reporting directly to the CFO.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the contracting and contractor onboarding process.
- Managing contracts operationally and commercially, with processes built to scale.
- Handling complex contractual cases across the UK and US.
- Driving projects across contracts, compliance and contractor operations.
- Balancing high volume with sharp attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Working with senior stakeholders while owning your area.
You'll manage two team members, one in the UK and one in the USA, giving you the chance to make a real impact both operationally and strategically.
If you have experience in the recruitment or consultancy sectors, especially with financial services clients, that's a plus.
You'll thrive here if you're pragmatic, commercial and want to build something. Saragossa is entering a significant period of expansion, so you'll play a vital part in shaping the function as the business scales.
Alongside your base salary, you'll get a Quarterly Operations Bonus plus Annual Bonus, with OTE based on targets. You'll work across both UK and US markets, with trips to the USA each year, plus incentive trips, a Wellness Fund and Quarterlies. As the business grows, so can you, with progression routes towards Director of Compliance & Legal or a broader Head of role.
