About the role
The resource will work alongside the existing scheduler and coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and Integrity teams. Main activities will include:
- Maintain an achievable 21-day schedule for operational, maintenance, inspection, integrity, and assurance activities.
- Provide analysis of weekly attainment, deferral requirements, and maintenance look ahead.
- Improve programme quality and data visibility in Maximo, including maintenance-improvement work and technical data requests.
- Analyse weekly backlog entries, report causes to onshore and offshore management and reschedule work where practicable.
- Support backlog reduction, improve coordination across teams and protect focus on critical operational priorities.
Without additional capacity, there is a risk of continued backlog growth, reduced schedule readiness impacting execution, delayed planned maintenance and integrity activity, increased reactive work, and additional pressure on the existing team.
The requirement is time-limited to 30 June 2027 and should be reviewed before that date against backlog reduction, schedule performance, and delivery of agreed maintenance-improvement activities.
