SOC 1135 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 20% sure that is the right code. Bauer Media Group is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
We pick the code from the advert's text, so it is our best guess, not the employer's. Each code it could be has its own likelihood:
- Likely 1135 (Charitable organisation managers and directors) · 20% match
- Ineligible 4113 (Officers of non-governmental organisations) · 22% match
- Ineligible 3221 (Youth and community workers) · 18% match

About the role
This holiday season we are looking for a Mission Christmas HQ Co-ordinator to join us based in Lancashire for Mission Christmas during the months of November and December.
The Mission Christmas HQ Co-ordinator has a vital and demanding role to play in making our mission a reality. These are temporary roles where you really will be playing Santa!
Our Team
Cash for Kids is the charity of Bauer Media in the UK. Our mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in our communities who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. We believe that all children should be able to express their individuality, achieve their potential and live life to the full. We work with grassroots organisations that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.
Our Mission
Mission Christmas is the largest Christmas gift appeal in the UK. Our aim is to ensure every child wakes up to a present on Christmas morning, however for many children their family circumstances mean this may not be the case.
Families living in poverty face the daily dilemma of whether to buy clothes for their children, to heat the house or to put food on the table. Christmas is a luxury they simply can’t afford. Rising costs have tipped many more families into financial hardship, and Christmas 2026 will see an even greater need for help from Mission Christmas.
