SOC 3552 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 47% sure that is the right code. Homey is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
We pick the code from the advert's text, so it is our best guess, not the employer's. Each code it could be has its own likelihood:
- Possible 3552 (Business sales executives) · 47% match
- Ineligible 3556 (Sales accounts and business development managers) · 47% match

About the role
You'll report to the Business Unit Manager for this part of Homey. Your KPI: enquiry-to-instruction conversion rate.
What you'll do
Answer every enquiry quickly, chase until you get a clear yes or no, and hand off complete details to Onboarding.
Find and win new referral partners (estate agents, mortgage brokers); manage day-to-day partner queries.
Issue quotes and terms the same working day and follow up until you get an answer.
Hand new introducer agreements to the Account Manager once signed, with everything they need to take it from there.
Spot which pitch, offer or process change would win more business and push for it.
What excellence looks like
No enquiries go unanswered.
Referral partners keep sending work because the handling is reliably fast and professional.
You can point to specific pitch or process changes you pushed for that won more business.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling into estate agents, brokers or another referral-driven channel.
Fast, organised follow-up discipline — nothing sits in your inbox unanswered.
Comfort with quoting and commercial conversations, not just lead qualification.
Benefits
Base £28,000-£38,000 plus uncapped commission — realistic first-year OTE £45,000-£60,000.
Clear path into Account Management as your book of referral relationships grows.
Hybrid working, Wolverhampton base.

Does this job guarantee visa sponsorship?
Not necessarily. Homey holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
