We're looking for a People Systems Product Lead to take ownership of our People systems roadmap and help shape the future of how technology supports our people.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the ongoing development of our People technology landscape, with Workday at the heart of the employee experience, while exploring innovative ways to leverage emerging technologies and AI responsibly.
What you'll be doing
As our People Systems Product Lead, you'll define and deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for our People systems, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of the business.
You'll:
- Own the Workday product strategy and roadmap, ensuring capability is aligned to business priorities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage the People Systems backlog, prioritising enhancements based on business value, risk and capacity
- Collaborate closely with People, Payroll, Finance, IT and Compliance teams to drive seamless, end-to-end processes
- Evaluate Workday releases, new functionality and AI-enabled tools, identifying opportunities to improve colleague and manager experiences
- Champion data quality, governance and compliance across People systems
- Oversee testing, documentation, training and adoption of new functionality
- Lead and develop a small team of People Systems Analysts, supporting their growth and development
What we're looking for
We're seeking an experienced systems or product professional who combines strong technical understanding with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You'll bring:
- Strong understanding of People and Payroll operations, compliance and good practice.
Based at our Head Office in Newburn, this role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with a balance of three days in the office and two days from home each week.
