The role: As Project Manager, you will lead a range of high-profile projects, from the commissioning of new care homes and integration of acquisitions to delivering transformational change programmes, systems implementations, and process improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Director in delivering allocated change, transformation, and divestment projects, ensuring successful implementation of associated systems and processes.
- Assist with the delivery of system training programmes, compliance audits, and continuous monitoring activities to support operational excellence.
- Champion Care UK's core values, ensuring they are reflected in all aspects of project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities are upheld at all times.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high personal and professional standards that inspire confidence and accountability in others.
- Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across the Project Portfolio Management Team (PPMT) and the wider organisation.
- Prepare, coordinate, and present project updates, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Team, as required.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and business objectives.

- Proven ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of the regulatory frameworks and governing bodies that oversee care homes across the UK.
- Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
